The Brahmin’s dream

A bad Brahmin lived in a village all by myself. He had no buddies or spouse and children. He turned into recognized for being stingy and he used to beg for a reside. The meals he got as alms had been stored in an earthen pot which was hung beside his mattress. This allowed him to without difficulty access the food whilst he was given hungry.  

At some point, he was given so much rice gruel that even after completing his meal, there has been so much leftover in his pot. That night time, he dreamt that his pot becomes overflow with rice gruel and that if a famine got here, he could promote the food and earn silver from it. This silver ought to then be used to shop for a pair of goats who might quickly have children and create a herd. This herd in flip could be traded for buffaloes who might deliver milk from which he ought to make dairy products. These products can be offered in the market for more money.

This money might assist him to get married to a rich female and together they would have a son who he may want to scold and love an equal degree. He dreamt that once his son wouldn’t concentrate, he would run after him with a stick.

Wrapped up in his dream the Brahmin picked up the stick close to his mattress and started hitting the air with the stick. While flailing approximately, he hit the earthen pot with the stick, the pot broke and all the contents spilled over him. The Brahmin woke up with a beginning best to recognize that the whole thing become a dream.

Moral of the story

One has to no longer build castles in the air.
